Your donations are used to promote fair hiring, fair access and fair treatment for Women of Color working in the entertainment industry.
Women of Color-run non-profits only receive 0.5% of all grant/foundation money because of systemic racism and sexism. (source) The funds available for women-focused non-profits is systematically granted to white female led groups, and rarely makes its way to Women of Color. (source)
