WOCU offers an array of VIA consultancy programs. You can choose to mix and match depending on your needs. We firmly believe that one size does not fit all, so we advise every company to start with an internal culture audit as it allows us to pinpoint where the exact issues lie within your company and to create a custom action plan.

Culture Audit

Employees fill out a questionnaire specifically constructed for your company. If necessary individual follow-up interviews will be conducted. Based on the (anonymous) results, WOCU presents a report, pinpointing the exact issues within the organization. This report allows us to tailor and specifically target our workshops.

Content Audit

A qualified line producer audits the content your company has produced/represented in the past and will pinpoint any systematic biases and will make recommendations for future productions.

Workshops

We offer numerous ongoing workshops and breakout sessions with a focus on culture and intersectionality, and an overarching cultural sensitivity and empathy workshop.
