The JTC List is an extensive, searchable database of women of color who work in the film industry, both in Los Angeles and around the world. It’s referenced by studios and production companies to help guide hiring for both above and below the line positions, and make sure that every set is inclusive.
The list counts over 6000 Women of Color working in all fields of the entertainment industry.
Note that Women of Color Unite will never make personal recommendations – this violates our mission. We are not an agency.
